Returns

As all our items are pre-loved and unique, we do not accept returns unless the item is significantly not as described. If you believe this applies to your order, please follow these steps:


1. Contact us: Reach out within 3 days of receiving your order at
vintagevanitystore@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request."

2. Provide details: Include your order number and detailed photos of the item, highlighting any discrepancies from the description.

3. Return instructions: If your return is approved, you will receive instructions. Items must be returned in their original condition, with no additional wear or alterations.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:
● shipping fees are non-refundable
● return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed
● for international returns, any customs taxes or fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Important notes:
We do not accept returns for fit issues; sizing can vary across brands and eras. Please review the measurements provided in each listing.

Minor signs of wear are normal for second-hand items and are not grounds for a return.

We recommend thoroughly reviewing item descriptions and photos before purchasing to ensure satisfaction.
